By using westhollywoodwaterdamagepros.com you agree to these terms. Effective date: October 27, 2026.
Informational content
The articles and pages on this site are general information about water damage, flood and mold. They are not legal, insurance, engineering or medical advice. Water and mold situations vary, and a trained professional needs to inspect your property before work is scoped.
Service requests
Service requests are made by phone. A call to our line does not create a contract for restoration work. Any work is performed under a separate written scope and price agreed between you and the crew performing it, and that agreement should be reviewed before you sign.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Availability
Our line is answered 24 hours a day. A crew is dispatched when one is available, and we do not promise a specific arrival time. Service availability may vary by address and conditions.
Insurance
Coverage decisions belong to your insurer. Information on this site about insurance is general, and you should check your policy and ask your insurer about your own situation.
Links and third-party services
This site may link to or embed third-party resources, including maps and fonts. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
